We had a great stay. It is as nice as it appears on the pictures and is equipped with anything you need. The ocean view from the deck is amazing. Even from the apartment itself you can get a glimpse of the ocean. Janine and Rachel were very helpful and the communication was uncomplicated. We would come back any time and highly recommend the apartment. Thanks and see you next time :)

Really enjoyed our stay at Hidden Gem. The apartment was lovely and clean and the view over camps bay is spectacular. We would stay again and we will recommend your place to our friends! Thanks for the great communication throughout our stay.

It was our first time to South Africa and first time abroad with a 7month year old baby. The accommodation was perfectly located in Camps Bay, providing a relaxing walk into town and a nice "walk off" after lunch/dinner. The hosts were super responsive, providing tips on travel and activities in the area. Also they catered for a baby, providing a high chair, mattress protector and travel cot. Finally, the apartment block was very relaxing, quiet with views of the sea and a pool (slightly chilly) to play with the baby and BBQ in the evening. Furthermore, washing machine, microwave and internet very handy with a baby. We visited other areas like Hout Bay, Bantry Bay and Clifton on our travels, but we thought Camps Bay superior. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Hidden Gem. The view from the living-room and the bedroom was spectacular. The welcome by Rachel was really heartwarming. During our stay we felt really supported and taken care of also by Janine. Thanks again for the lovely tips for dining and things to do. The equipment and furnishing was more then sufficient.

Apartment 29 at The Oceana - Super clean, super host, wonderful sunsets. We stayed as a family of four and had an absolute great time. The apartment has everything you can think of and we even enjoyed a partially stocked fridge to get us started. Thank you, Rachel! We thoroughly enjoyed the stay! Rachel, your welcoming hospitality started our stay immediately in a perfect way. We did enjoy the dinner at Mantra, Codfather and breakfast at LaBelle, and very much appreciated the fridge being equipped with a ‘starter set’. Thank you! Really a great stay! ‌

4 Ocena is a fabulous place - highly recommended. An easy/scenic 10 min walk down to Camps Bay (and quick Uber back), very accessible to the road to Cape Town and to Hout Bay; very well equipped, secure and very helpful and communicative hosts. We'll be back!

From our initial contact, until we had to say goodbye to Oceana there was nothing to fault. The communication and administration was swift and organised. The accommodation was just as impressive - as the photo’s suggested.
We booked Oceana 14 – thank you to Janine and Rachel for everything.
The apartment exceeded our expectations, was super clean and tidy, with good quality furnishes and equipped with every guest luxury. Even my Woolworths online food delivery was unpacked and placed in the fridge – a lovely touch and attention to detail.
The location of Oceana is superb – far away enough to have peace and quiet but close enough to walk to all the action and restaurants in Camps Bay. The views from the balcony are sublime.
Janine and Rachel gave great recommendations for restaurant’s and of things to do in the area (we even climbed Lions Head). Nothing beats local knowledge – and they are both more than happy to share theirs.
Thank you both so very much for making our trip so memorable and we look forward to returning.
