Wonderful host and wonderful home. 1 Oceana had everything we needed. It was clean, well-located, easy check-in and check-out and overall a comfortable, wonderful stay in Capetown. Thank you for allowing us to rent your apartment. We had a wonderful time in your beautiful space.

Great location, everything in 5min walking distance. Very quiet street granted good night sleep. Wonderful view from upper deck. Janina was super flexibel even though we arrived delayed and gave us wonderful meet & greet.

The Top Floor Apartment at 31 On Central was perfect. Everything I needed was there and the hosts themselves were superb. Thank you both for making the experience a great one. Look forward to staying here again on my next trip back. Thank you ladies, we truly enjoyed our stay. Have a super Christmas and I’ll see you in the new year.

Janine and Rachel were extraordinary hosts. They swiftly replied to all of our messages and even allowed for an early check-in. Camps Bay Atlantic Villa is a class of it‘s own with a spectacular view, beach access in short walking distance, a nicely decorated leisure area with pool and beautiful bedrooms. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was my first Airbnb and it couldn't have gone any better - from my initial correspondence/queries with Janine which were answered immediately to the greeting by Rachel upon check-in. Apartment 4 at The Oceana is fabulous and has everything you could ever need, it is spotlessly clean, secure and close to all amenities. There is a very concise folder giving details of nearby tourist attractions, restaurants and contact numbers for Doctors, Dentists, Car Hire etc which is very helpful. I would have no problem whatsoever in recommending this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Camps Bay. Special thanks also go to Rachel for looking after my husbands wallet when we went away for a couple of days - he'd left it behind, probably to ensure I spent some money - Service above and beyond - thanks again Rachel. Overall - perfect. Fantastic hosts - couldn't have wished for better.

• Central Drive 31 | Ground Floor

Breathtaking views If you manage to book this spot, you’ve hit the jackpot. The Panoramic views are breathtaking. Standing on the balcony from either the living room or the bedroom you see the full beauties of the Cape. The hosts are responsive and extremely professional. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and gadgets. The radio on the HiFi works well, and it plays CD’s too. The telly has all the channels but is the older models, one in the living room another in the bedroom. However, if you need to watch telly rather than sit on the terrace with a glass of wine more fool you. Uber finds the place without issue for rides and food. The short but steep walk to the secure gates is no issue at all unless you have a walking impediment. If you have a car, the parking spot removes this issue. It's particularly romantic and dramatic at sunset. My companion was a gorgeous bottle of the local red, and it kept whispered sweet nothings to me. In short, I would recommend this place without hesitation. I hope to be back.

Janine was simply an amazing host from start to finish. First, she responded almost immediately to our booking. My friends and I booked pretty close to when we wanted to stay, and within the hour she was communicating and arranging details to ensure we had a successful stay. Next due to some strikes with the South African airline, our stay was delayed a day, yet she continued to ensure that our checkin went extremely smooth. Finally this home is INSANELY beautiful, both inside and out. From the decor, to the honor bar, to the incredibly detailed guides to local places, foods and activity, no detail was left unaddressed. Even providing several key chains so that everyone in the group could come and go was amazing. We had a group of seven and this house easily accommodated all of us. Janine made our trip to Cape Town special. We will happily rebook here when we return. Hey Janine ... We have stayed literally all over the world and TRULY felt your place was over the top. Beautiful, easy to get to, incredible service and immaculately clean. THANK YOU for ensuring our visit to Cape Town was a special one.

Hidden Gem is a fantastic place to stay. We spent 4 nights here but could easily have stayed longer. Janine was a great host who was very communicative and had loads of tips for places to eat / what to do etc. The view from the balcony is amazing, especially at sunset. Loads of great places to eat and drink nearby. To get to the main strip on the beach it is a 5 minute uber at most and only costs 27 rand so very easy to do. The flat is very clean and comfy with all you need. Great base to explore the rest of Cape Town / surrounds from as well. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
