This place is gorgeous! The host is very flexible and check in was a breeze and very easy. The house is in a perfect location with beautiful views. Very comfortable beds. Close to everything ie restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend!

Truly magical! Amazing house—just as in the pictures. Watch the most beautiful sunset from your own porch, watch the crashing surf, and sleep to the lapping waves. Hosts are the most pleasant folks with wonderful recommendations, and timely responses. Seasoned traveler and airbnb’er and can honestly say one of our best experiences. Stunning. Thank you Rachael and Janine.

The stay was amazing from beginning to end, communication is perfect, the villa is super modern and very functional, equipment is top notch, and the view of the sea is really breathtaking. Would more than recommend to stay here if you’re planning to visit Cape Town.

The hosts were wonderful and accommodated us perfectly. The place was beautiful and had many things we didn’t know we needed. Toiletries, kitchen appliances, washing machines, and everything in between. I’d travel to any city they have places in 🤣

Janine & Rachel are superb hosts! The house was outstanding, so gorgeous with the most amazing views of the ocean, making it a peaceful haven, with a private beach on the same road! The welcome was great, we were shown everything necessary & were helped with things along the way with great responsiveness. There was an amazing booklet with lots of recommendations of the area - I stayed in many Airbnb's during my trip to SA last month & this was by far the best hosting I've seen! Thank you to you both!

The property of Janine & Rachel was exactly like what’s in the pictures, very beautiful and breathtaking view from the bedrooms on the beach and mountains. The kitchen had everything that we needed and more, they brought a high chairs for the kids and cots . Well decorated and equipped. With a private car parking garage . Definitely not the last stayed with you .

Lovely accommodation with fantastic, responsive hosts. Great place to unwind. Beautiful views, easy to get to Cape Town, Table Mountain and down the coast. Highly recommend!

Janine and Rachel are incredible hosts. They were very communicative, scheduling check in and out time was simple and easy. Beta Beach Villa is just beautiful, we felt at home, we were at ease. Janine and Rachel were just a message away when we need assistance. They printed guided which are easy to understand and very helpful if you don’t have an activity plan. I would definitely come back. Thank you soo much for the amazing stay.
